Codman HouseThe Codman House is a Georgian country estate set on 16 acres of gardens and landscaped grounds. Walkways are lined with trees and shrubs that were imported from Europe and Asia in the 1800s. The site has an English cottage garden, and the Italian garden is decorated with statuary and reflecting pools.

DirectionsTake Route I-95/128 to Route 2 west. After 4.5 miles, turn left onto Route 126 south. After crossing the railroad bridge, turn left onto Codman Road. The house is on the left.

Notes & Comments
This is small place, but it can be very pretty when the right flowers are blooming. If you enjoy antique houses the Codman house itself is quite nice and the artifacts are certainly very interesting. Walden Pond is very close by.
