Ashintully Gardens

This 120-acre location includes several gardens blending natural features - a stream, native trees, a small knoll and meadows. Foot bridges, foot paths, stone stairs, and grassy terraces connect these features decorated with statuary, urns, and columns. A large mansion was once located at Ashintully, but it burned in 1952 leaving only the front terrace, 4 columns, and the foundation. The site of these ruins offers long views of Tyringham Valley.
